The Freeway Jazz  Band

Len Gosling

The Freeway Jazz Band features some of Toronto's best known and best loved musicians.  Led by Len Gosling, they play New Orleans Jazz in the style popular in the 1920's.

The Freeway Jazz Band is comprised of:

Len Gosling -- cornet, vocals
Magic Pete McCormick  -- drums
Brian Towers  -- trombone
Bob Wright  -- clarinet, soprano sax, vocals
Creole Jack King -- banjo
Peter Hill -- piano
Phil Carney  -- bass.

The band plays a regular gig on the last Sunday of the month at the Rex Tavern in Toronto. (Check the calendar to confirm the dates.)
